Extension of Service to Honorary Consul for Sri Lanka in the Czech Republic
Mr. Marek Nemec, Honorary Consul for Sri Lanka in the Czech Republic met Ambassador and Permanent Representative Dayani Mendis on 16 September 2026 and received the extension of his service.
During the meeting that followed, Ambassador Mendis and Honorary Consul Nemec discussed opportunities to strengthen people to people contact, promote trade and tourism between the two countries and increase employment opportunities for Sri Lankan workers in the Czech Republic.
